You guys are just great!!!

As much as i promised myself to keep on moving and exercise without your encouragement and push we would not have done it. Unlike during my NS, we were forcefully push and we hate it, you guys did push us but in a fun way, that makes the difference. Loving everything about exercixe all over again. Oh Yes!! i am one who will give excuse for not working out,but when Sharm introduce the tabata Method wow!! Im blown, a simple yet hard exercise that does not take much time and the beautiful part of it, it works!! great guys keep up your wonderful work.</description>

		<description>Now , I lost 3kg only, I need more self control to do diet . I  am over weight for long time and I stopped exercise in 2006 due to my knee and ankle problem. my weight gain to 99 kg in Dec 2008 then I tried to eat less but cann&#039;t go down below 93 kg .11th August 09 only I started my exercise again ,and tried to eat less ,on that day my weight was 90 kg ,after joining Boot Camp exercise went down to 87 kg. So now I am very happy and more fit . if I lost 20 kg how I look nice and healthy . I decided to do exercise daily n diet in future. Thank You all of our trainers and who sponsored us for Boot Camp .</description>
