Workout effeciently when you’re at the gym. Personal trainer Ron Jett shows how to execute compound exercises that will work a lot of your muscles at the same time effectively.

Sidetrack: Here in Singapore, a lot of trainers are very professional when they’re training their clients – always checking for your proper form when you’re doing your workouts. There are also many trainers who text when their clients are performing the worouts (ouch). Some sit, and look from a distance (what?!). A trainer should always have 100% attention on the client. Correcting and checking for perfect, safe and effective form when the client is doing his exercise.
