Many thanks for your time and efforts to have had these things together on this blog. Emily and that i very much loved your input through the articles on certain things. I recognize that you have a number of demands on your own timetable hence the fact that you actually took equally as much time as you did to help people just like us through this article is also highly loved.

I have been reducing weights by reducing food consumption and cut down oily, sweet, salt… food to 800 calories replacement meal now. Therefore to reduce further weight I have to turn to exercise

I decided to join the ‘Lose to Win’ to learn the proper exercising with guidance from the trainers then practice and develop to daily activities.

Hi all (friends & trainers),

Homework's overdue.. Hehehe :-) Anyways, its still not too late..

A) What is your fitness goal?
To lose my unwanted fats and be fit

B) What are the reasons why you want to achieve your goals?
I have a baby who is 1yr 7mth now.. and I want to be fit so that I can take care of him better.. ;p
And lots of nice clothes which I cant fit in anymore..

C) How do you intend to achieve it?
By exercising and motivating myself and a have a good diet.

Frankly, I am surprised at the bootcamp.. Initially, I had misgivings about going for the sessions but i told myself that if i give excuses everytime, I will never be able to meet my goals. Its been 4 weeks already, although my weight loss is not a lot, but I feel motivated to work harder and get fitter.

Thanks to all the trainers and friends who push us to do our best and give more than what we think we can give at each and every session..

Do you know that you have to love yourself before others can love you?
I didn't know and I couldn't.
How does anyone love herself when she hates even her own reflection in the mirror?

I used to take muay thai and brazilian jujitsu but have since stopped due to lack of time (honest - i work full time and study part time) and poor health (it's a vicious cycle, i tell ya). I really piled on the pounds when I started overeating to cope with stress.

The day I joined the program is the day I made the decision to change all that.

Needless to say, my fitness goal is to be able to sustain myself on an exercise regime once I get started so I can lose all the excess baggage (mental, emotional, psychological and taking up the most space - physical). Truly, I do realize that I feel a lighter being after exercise, sweaty, sticky but most definitely happier! Moreover, I am someone who has been at best, plump and at worse, obese throughout my life and would really want to lose it once and for all.

I have started to climb the stairs to my house on the 9th floor every night (trust me, it's a real mental struggle especially since that damned lift stops on every floor), I am keeping track of what I am eating and trying to keep my daily calorie intake to below 1,500 calories. I am also drinking lots of water (are those frequent runs to the toilet part of the exercise, I wonder?), going to the gym to run for at least half an hour twice a week AND skipping at home/work (i work in the great outdoors, yippee!) for 15 minutes once a week... WELL, these are my INTENTIONS (some are well intended, but lacks the willpower) and I hope I can be disciplined enough to keep to it and not give up even if I do lapse at times!

*Sorry I didn't use my real name, I really do have freckles though. I feel shy posting this out in cyberspace with my real name even though "
Studies have shown that public declaration of goals results in better results."
Find me if you can ;)
Clue: west side.

*scampers off to do all the other way overdue homework*

I'm very motivated to go for the Boot Camp; because there are so many unexpected excitement and friends whom are there to suffer the 'same fate' ie kanna torture by the tough exercises which we have to go through. Nevertheless, we really enjoy and have fun together.
I hope that my 'stubborn FAT' will say goodbye to me at the end of the 3 months training.
I'm still very sceptical about.....about the next two fitness assessment.

Hi all trainers and bootcampers,

Hoe It's not too late to comment... Ignore my first post as I was trying to copy the questions

1) Fitness goals
    - lose weight maybe around 8kg

2) Reasons
    - look good, feel good, motivate my kids to do it too

3) How?
    - Bring my family with me for at least another 3 more sessions ( excluding bootcamp itself)
    - be more cautious about food intake.......I LOVE FOOD :-(.

Hi all trainers and Bootcampers,

A) What is your fitness goal?
For the next week, try to increase my fitness index to 120! current my FI is 39 ! Duh !!!! I give myself 1 week fr this. Try to gain back my ideal weight of 54 kilos. Though its a long, painful road.

B) What are the reasons why you want to achieve your goals?
Don’t want to look old and frumpy ;/ Besides after a week, I can see increase level of alertness and my legs are not swollen anymore due to walking.

C) How do you intend to achieve it?
1km of walk every day during lunch (I had classes at nightlah) gradually increase to 1.5 – 2km and at least 10 mins of work-out based on cd provided to us.
Balanced diet is still a hassle but nevertheless manage to eliminate 10% of food intake.

(*) Please let me know how to increase my fitness level further, breathing control and positive thinking always.
