Well this bootcamp training is definitely not an easy task, nevertheless its a good experience. I am very appreciative the care and concern from all the TFG trainers. The encouragement does really give us the motivation to move and try. Most of the participants were fairly young, of course I do not want to be limited by my age(57)but I will try to do my upmost best, because due to knee joints I cant really jog, so do not be disappointed if I am walking. Todate, I lose only 2kgs. I work out my daily excercise at the gym(just to keep fit)I am trying to wean off deep fried item. It will be great if I am able to lose at least 10kgs in 3 months time.
This bootcamp is very tough for me, however with the TFG trainers encouragements, I feel motivated.Though I dont really excercise, but I am trying. My job in the hotel is a very tiring one(I m a Room Attendant)but with my superior(Margaret Tan) kept pushing me through, thats why I joined this programme. I hope to lose at least 10kgs and trying to cut down on starch(white rice)

After the training on Tuesday & Saturday, I admit it is very very tiring, nevertheless I will try. I set a goal to lose 5 kgs, and will progress for more. My reason, the hectic job made me hungry faster than anything, but I will try to obtain my objective. I like to thanks all the trainers who are patient, friendly and caring and most important very understanding
