As the wedding gets closer, brides want to look their best for their wedding and therefore we cater personal one-on-one training for these brides-to-be. We have designed routines for brides of all ages and fitness level so that they can engage in challenging, fun exercise.

GOLD PACKAGE

What does it include:

1 free fitness and nutrition consultation
1 session per week for 1 month (Total 4)
1 session of TFG Get Fit! Fitness Bootcamp (East Coast Park, 8.30am, Saturday)
2 personalised, different workout plans that you can do yourself

PLATINUM PACKAGE

What does it include:

1 free fitness and nutrition consultation
1 session per week for 2 months (Total 8)
1 partner session of TFG’s Get Fit! Fitness Bootcamp (East Coast Park, 8.30am, Saturday) (1 for you and another for your partner)
4 personalised, different workout plans that you can do yourself

Usual $1621.6

All our sessions above are conducted by our Gold Trainers (Fully certified, with less than a year experience).

All workouts will be done at a place of your convenience (home, office, gym), no equipment needed as we’ll bring what’s needed.

To upgrade to Platinum trainers (Fully certified with more than 1 year experience), it would be an additional 15% of discounted package price.

To have a master trainer to be your personal trainer, it’ll be an additional 30% of discounted package price.

FAQS

What if I can’t attend all the days scheduled?

If you cannot make it to all the days, at least do your best to a couple of times a week. We have seen participants achieve significant results while attending only two days a week.

What do I need to bring?

  • Towel
  • Water
  • Workout Attire and change of clothes (optional)

What should I expect to achieve?

You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit, energetic and toned. Most of our clients drop 3-6 pounds and 1-2 dress sizes by a month!

We guarantee results but if you are unsatisfied with any of our sessions, we will refund back your investment!
